Challenges of translation, including fonts, layouts, languages and checking of translations generated lots of questions and a robust discussion.

POLISH YOUR POLISH
Our first Polish lesson was conducted today at the After the Tears restaurant in Elsternwick. This weekly event is aimed at people with different levels of the Polish language skills and is an opportunity to enjoy Polish food, conversation and great company.

SISKA AND EVA ARRIVE AT POLARON
Two new interns, Siska Reeves and Eva Mustika arrived at Polaron today, all the way from Indonesia. They have completed their university degrees in Australia and will work at our Clayton office for the next 10 weeks, Eva in Accounts and Siska in Marketing. Best of luck, ladies!

GOOD BYE, STEFANIE!
After 3 fanstatic months, Stephanie our German intern has said goodbye to us today. Stephanie is planning to travel through Australia at the completion of her internship. While with Polaron, Stephanie assisted in the co-ordination of translation and research projects. From everyone at Polaron, we wish Stephanie all the best on her return home. She has impressed us so much that we have already offered Stefanie a part-time research positon!

POLARON EU SEMINAR
Polaron would like to thank everyone who attended the Polaron's seminar on the 17th of November. With over 50 attendees, it was a resounding success! Not only did we hear an interesting presentation by Dr Sebastian Oraniec on property acquisition and restitution in Poland and our own Magdalena Furina on EU passports, we got to sample some delicious Eastern European food prepared by our own Polaron Chef, Alexander Nitecki.
