Translation of vital records
Do you translate vital records such as birth certificates, diplomas, driver's licences, marriage certificates?
Yes we do. For your convenience, we have priced standard vital records of up to 2 pages at $84 each, no matter what language.
What about longer documents, such as university transcripts, medical certificates, contracts and divorce certificates?
These need to be quoted individually because the price depends on the length and complexity of the original document. We normally ask you send us the original document via fax or email, and we will provide you with a no-obligation written quote.
I was told that my translations need to be NAATI accredited. Can you do that?
Yes, we can. NAATI accreditation means that a document will be officially certified and will be accepted by all Australian authorities.
How long does it take to have the translation ready?
For standard documents, our turn around time is usually 2-3 days. Please allow more time for longer or complex documents. We will always tell you how long it will take before we start the transaltion.
I need my translation urgently. Can you do it within 24 hours?
Definitely! We thrive on being able to help you with any project and any deadline! We offer same day service provided you can get the documents to us by 11 am.
Do I pay more for urgent translation?
Yes. Urgent projects require more resources to have the job done. A VIP urgency charge of $33 per document applies to standard vital records that are needed back within 24 hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by a variety of methods, including direct debit, cheque, cash and credit card.

How can I get my documents to you?
We accept source documents in a variety of formats, including fax, photocopy and email. We do not need to sight the originals but feel free to drop into our office to show us the originals.
How do I get my translation back?
Email, CDs by express couriers, orhardcopy; it all depends on your requirements.
I live in United States. Will your translations be accepted here?
Yes. We conduct our business and customer communications over the internet, and we can serve you no matter where you are. We make sure that our vital record translations are produced by local translators in accordance with local certification requirements.
Why does Polaron need to know how the translated document will be used?
Depending on the purpose of your document, the translation may need to be accompanied by an affidavit, Apostille or a notary's seal. We will advise you on how the translation needs to be presented so that it is accepted by the authority you are submitting it to.
Will my documents and personal information be kept confidential?
