Corporate clients
Polaron's translations are carried out by NAATI accredited translators and are quality guaranteed. They are accepted by all levels of governments in Australia and overseas, including DIAC, DFAT, law enforcement agencies, courts and tribunals. You do have to register your company with us to take advantage of our special corporate rates from as low as $29 per 100 words by clicking on myBiz, our e-translation processing system.
Because translation is a service, not a product, providing our clients with a set price can be a challenge. We believe all translations should be fit for purpose so the first question we always ask is what you need your translation for. Is it going to be used in Australia, if so, for which government department? Is it going overseas? If so, to which country? Will it require an Apostille, authentification, notarial certification or an affidavit of translation? See what we mean?
It is best to talk to us so that we can clarify your individual requirements, but our frequent customers love our fast, reliable and easy to use self-service corporate e-translation system, myBiz. Once you've registered, all you have to do is upload your documents and download them when ready, printing them off at your end, as many times as you like. They will remain securely archived in your designated area for up to 12 months and are accessible by your authorised staff any time. As long as your official document is listed below, we can offer you a set price of $75 per document, in any language.
