Corporate clients
Polaron's translations are carried out by NAATI accredited translators and are quality guaranteed. They are accepted by all levels of governments in Australia and overseas, including DIAC, DFAT, law enforcement agencies, courts and tribunals. You do have to register your company with us to take advantage of our special corporate rates from as low as $35 per 100 words by calling us on 1300 88 55 61.
Because translation is a service, not a product, providing our clients with a set price can be a challenge. We believe all translations should be fit for purpose so the first question we always ask is what you need your translation for. Is it going to be used in Australia, if so, for which government department? Is it going overseas? If so, to which country? Will it require an Apostille, authentification, notarial certification or an affidavit of translation? See what we mean?
Private clients
Translations done by Polaron are carried out by NAATI accredited translators and are 100% quality guaranteed. They are accepted by all levels of governments in Australia and overseas, including DIAC, DFAT, road traffic authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts and tribunals. As long as your official document is listed below, we can offer you a set price of $84 per document, in any language.

If you are enrolled with Monash University (any campus), you can take advantage of the special arrangement we have with your university. To be able to purchase your translation for as low as $75, in any language, all you have to do is quote your student ID number when you speak to your Polaron representative.
