Project management
For larger scale translation projects, Polaron recommends you use our project management service.
This feature includes project planning and scheduling, client communication, team coordination, budget control, project tracking, reporting and problem-solving. Project management is a crucial component of translations that are in excess of 3 languages or have a word count of over 5000 words.
As part of the service, Polaron allocates a dedicated, highly qualified project manager to be the central contact point between you, Polaron's translators and the technical support personnel. This way, you only have to liaise with one person, who knows everything there is to know about your needs, current projects and past involvement with Polaron. We think it's nice not to have to repeat everything twice, or more.
For most projects, we work with a translation memory software packages, ensuring consistency, uniformity and ability to recycle content.
Your individual project can be tracked through our website, with documents being able to be downloaded and uploaded at your and, any time of day or night, no matter where in the world you are.
