Mohammed Ayub

Cross-cultural Consultant

Mohammed was born and raised in Fiji. He speaks English, Fijian and Hindi. Having worked in the public service for a number of years, in 2002, he established his own consultancy company, Bula Pty Ltd which provides advice and assistance to South Pacific importers and exporters. Mohammed has been involved in the management of the Fijian Association of Australia for the past several years and has recently been involved in the purchase and setting up of the Fijian Community and Resource Centre in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
 

"My job involves assisting Polaron with cross cultural advice, strategic directions and training services. I am particularly interested in western pereceptions of the Muslim religion and culture and have worked with Polaron on developing its corporate cross-cultural workshops."
