Polaron Language Services provides polished communication for a wide spectrum of interpreting settings, from medical to courtroom, and from international delegations to trade negotiations and conferences.
We cover over 100 languages and dialects, and work exclusively with NAATI accredited interpreters, with preference given to AUSIT members. Our aim is to remove linguistic barriers that impede communication when doing business. Polaron interpreters are well known for their experience, professionalism, high level of skill and reliability.
Polaron's expertise extends to all levels of court in Australia and overseas. We regularly work for medical practitioners and specialise both in private practice and in major hospital interpreting. We also offer our services in the expert field of group interpreting and bi-lingual facilitation, and are able to provide telephone interpreting services.
And yes, we do specialise in the provision of interpreting services in rare, difficult to find languages. We never hesitate to use our established networks, relationships and community contacts. We do understand that the need for an interpreter can sometimes occur at the last minute and we do our best to accommodate urgent, last minute or after hours request, knowing that valuable time and money can be lost due to lack of communication. We have flown interpreters to the other side of the world when business negotiations were at a breaking point, only to be saved by the presence of a skilled, diplomatic and efficient interpreter. Presence of interpreters in other settings, such as court, immigration detention centres or tribunals are an essential part of assisting in communication between people who do not speak the same language.
