myDoc is an online, self-service translation system, the first of its kind in Australia! It allows you to upload the originals and download and print your translated documents securely from the comfort of your own home or office. No matter what language, your documents will be translated by a NAATI accredited translator and, once printed, the files will be accepted by all Australian authorities. Hard copies are available on request for a small fee. You can access your translated documents for up to three months.
The myDoc translation service is simple to use. Here is how:

Firstly, you need to create an account by entering your email address and unique password.

Then, you can then upload your original documents. Successful uploads will be confirmed via your nominated email address.

The next step is to pay for your translation via our secure payment facility. Successful payments will be invoicedand sent to your nominated emai address.
- You translations will be available for downloading 5 working days after confirmation and will remain in you account for 3 months.
